All candidates enrolled with IIBPS are expected to comply with the rules, regulations, and code of conduct prescribed by the Institute.
Candidates must maintain discipline, professionalism, and respectful behavior both inside and outside the classroom and during all official engagements or events associated with IIBPS.
Once enrolled, no refund of fees will be provided in case of absence, withdrawal, or discontinuation of the course by the student.
IIBPS reserves the right to make changes to the training schedule, faculty, class location, or any other operational element, without prior notice.
Program durations, session timings, and scheduled days are subject to change due to special training events, guest lectures, or institutional needs.
Final decisions regarding training content, schedule, faculty assignment, student conduct, or other institutional matters will rest with the IIBPS Director and are binding on all students.
Candidates are not permitted to re-attend the same module or session unless specifically approved under special circumstances.
IIBPS may use photographs submitted during admission or taken during official programs for promotional, marketing, or public relations purposes.
Admission to any course is valid only for the calendar year/session it is granted. Deferrals to future sessions are not permitted.
Any disputes or legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the governing authorities in the country of registration of IIBPS.
With consent, exemplary project work or assessments submitted by candidates may be used for academic or promotional purposes. Candidate identity will remain anonymous.

Attendance is monitored periodically, and professional commitment to regularity and punctuality is expected from all participants.
Backup power systems are in place to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions, though air conditioning may depend on primary electricity supply.
IIBPS does not offer trial classes or demo sessions. Interested individuals are encouraged to review all program details carefully prior to enrollment.
REFUND POLICY
Students are advised to thoroughly review all program details, fees, and conditions before enrollment, as all fees paid are non-refundable.
In exceptional cases and only prior to the start of the course, partial refunds may be considered if a replacement candidate is found for the same seat. This will be subject to an administrative processing fee and will follow the guidelines of applicable consumer protection authorities.
