Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds may be issued if the student cancels the enrollment within 24-48 hours after registration or payment, depending on the institute’s terms.
- If a student withdraws before the course starts but after the initial cancellation period, they may receive a partial refund (i.e. 50% of the fee).
- No refund will be provided after the course has started.
Cancellation Procedure
- To request a refund, students must submit a written request to [info@iibps.in] or complete the refund process through our website.
- The refund request must include the reason for the cancellation and any required supporting documentation
Exceptions
- If the training institute cancels or reschedules a course, students are entitled to a full refund.
- Refunds may be subject to deductions for administrative fees (e.g., processing, booking fees) in cases where a refund is applicable after the cancellation window
Payment Method
- Refunds will be processed within 90 business days to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
Special Circumstances
- If a student is unable to attend due to illness, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund or deferral to a future session may be considered on a case-by-case basis
