I did not get the OTP
If you did not receive the OTP, please check the Spam section of your registered email address.
What if I entered the wrong details about myself by mistake?
Candidates may be disqualified if incorrect or false information is provided.
How do I log in to the dashboard?
If you are already registered on the IIBPS portal, visit the homepage and click on the Login button located at the top right corner.
How do I download the application form?
After registering and making the payment, fill in your application form and upload all required documents. Once completed, scroll to the bottom of the form and click the Download button.
How do I make the payment?
Once your registration is complete, you will be redirected to the payment page. You can choose your preferred mode of payment (UPI ID, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, debit card, or credit card) and proceed with the transaction.

What if the payment was deducted from my account but is not reflected on the website?

What if I forgot my login password?
If you forgot your password, go to the Login page and click on Forgot Password. An OTP will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. After verifying and submitting the OTP, you will be able to generate/reset your new password.
